SokoHub is an online marketplace that helps users advertise, discover, and contact sellers for products, rentals, and related listings. SokoHub provides the platform but is not the owner, seller, landlord, agent, manufacturer, or buyer of items listed by users.
2. User accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. Sellers are responsible for all listings posted through their accounts. Admin accounts are for marketplace management only and are not allowed to sell products or advertise personal listings.
3. Seller responsibilities
- Post only real products, properties, or services you are allowed to advertise.
- Use honest titles, prices, photos, locations, and descriptions.
- Do not post fake listings, stolen goods, misleading prices, or duplicate adverts.
- Do not pressure buyers to pay before inspection.
- Mark listings as sold or remove listings that are no longer available.
4. Buyer responsibilities
- Inspect products or properties before paying.
- Meet in safe public places where possible.
- For rentals, view the property and confirm ownership or agent authority before paying deposits.
- Use SokoHub report tools if a listing or seller seems suspicious.
5. Admin review and moderation
SokoHub may approve, reject, flag, remove, or hide listings and messages for safety, quality, legal, or trust reasons. Admin review does not guarantee that a listing is risk-free, genuine, available, or suitable.
6. Payments and transactions
Unless SokoHub clearly provides an official payment feature, payments happen directly between buyers and sellers. SokoHub is not responsible for private payments, deposits, refunds, delivery, product condition, rental agreements, or disputes between users.
7. Prohibited content
- Scams, fraud, fake products, or stolen goods.
- Illegal items or services.
- Offensive, unsafe, abusive, or discriminatory content.
- Listings that violate another person’s rights.
- Requests for advance payment before inspection in a suspicious or misleading way.
8. Rentals and property adverts
Rental advertisers must have permission to advertise the property. Buyers/tenants should inspect the property, confirm landlord or agent details, and review agreements before paying deposits or rent.
9. Limitation of responsibility
SokoHub aims to improve marketplace safety, but users must still use caution. SokoHub is not liable for losses, scams, disagreements, damages, or failed transactions resulting from user-to-user dealings.
10. Changes to these terms
SokoHub may update these terms as the marketplace grows. Continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.
